Is is an imaginary character created by Jamie Bartlett, which was more of an alter ego to her. Where Jamie is quiet, reserved, and caring, Is would be blunt, irrational, snappy, and mean. Is and Jamie have a rival of which is the evil Myrna, often accompanied by her rude group of power-seeking lackies. Is possesses magical powers, which she often utilizes to control Jamie and the people around her.
