Aishwarya began her first lessons from M.S Subbulakshmi and Radha Viswanathan when she was hardly 4 years old. The huge repertoire of songs which was part of the MS Bani, was painstakingly taught to Aishwarya by her Grandmother Dr.Radha for a period of 20 years.
Aishwarya was born to Geetha Shrinivasan and V. Shrinivasan into the family of [[M.S. Subbulakshmi]] and [[Radha Viswanathan]]. She has a younger sister named S.Saundarya, who is also a musician herself and accompanies her in concerts and tours. Aishwarya was initiated into music at the young age of four by her great-grandmother M.S.Subbulakshmi and her grandmother Radha Viswanathan. She has also been training under Karnataka Kalashree Vidushi Jambu Kannan for the past 16 years. She also learns [[Hindustani classical music|Hindustani]] vocal from Pandit Nagaraja Rao Havaldar and Sri Omkarnath Havaldar. Aishwarya is also a vainika and learnt the veena from Vidwan Sri. A. Shankararaman and presently under Smt. B. Nagalakshmi (Karaikudi Bani). Aishwarya also learns western classical and plays the piano.

On February 4, 2018, S.Aishwarya married Dr. R.S. Muthukumaran.

Saundarya is a disciple of Sangeeta Kala Acharya Smt.Neela Ramgopal. She learns the Carnatic Violin from Sri.Vishwajith Mathur. She learns Bharatntayam from Smt.Sumitra Nitin and also plays the western Violin.

Both the sisters learn Hindustani Music from Sri.Omkarnath Havaldar.

In October 2017, Aishwarya & Saundarya were invited by the Honorable Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi to sing at his residence wherein they sang the composition "Maithreem Bhajatha" of the Mahaperiaval of Kanchi which was composed for World Peace and sung at the United Nations in 1966 by Smt.M.S.Subbulakshmi and Smt.Radha Viswanathan.

The sisters are a sensation on Social Media with their videos on Facebook and YouTube garnering over 25 Million views.
