Tyrannides (New World suboscines) is a clade of passerine birds that are endemic of America, with the exception of the broad-billed sapayoa.[1] This group is divided into two clades (Furnariidae and Tyrannida) that contain 11 families.[2][3] The families listed here are those recognised by the International Ornithologists' Union (IOC).[4]
