Wikipedia is not a Gazetteer of political parties. I can't see that this party meets notability guidelines. I look at what political parties have achieved beyond standing for election, and they haven't even done this. - Keep: Not having contested an election is not a criterion for deleting a political organisation (not a party, by the way) or a very, very large number of articles would be disappearing (Atomwaffen Division?).
