Dujail (Template:Lang-ar; alternate spelling: Ad Dujayl) is a district in Saladin Governorate, Iraq. It is situated about 65 kilometers (40 mi) north of Baghdad, and has approximately 100,000 inhabitants, who are mostly Shia. It was the site of the 1982 Dujail Massacre, in which thousands of people, including children, died.[1] The 2008 Dujail bombing also took place here.
