I added a section on the UN FAO components of a sustainable diet, and restructured the article (without deleting any major text) to create more of an outline structure with subheadings and group related subjects for readability. I moved the "motivation for awareness" section to just below the definition, added the headings "Sustainable Diets in Practice and "Sustainable Diets Moving Forward," and turned small paragraphs that were previously entire sections into subheadings under these categories. I also did some light editing for spelling and grammar. My goal was to improve the readability of the article without changing the original material substantially. Thanks @Weilh: Those look like great improvements -- the section headers still feel very inconsistent with Wikipedia's broader style -- maybe its worth trying to summarize those better as well?
