The menu bar is the stock Finder menu bar, visible in the notifications area are the Bluetooth (connected,) AirPort (connected with medium-strength signal,) Battery (Charging,) Day/Time, and Spotlight notifiers.

The fact that Apple System Profiler has identified this is an Intel machine with a 2 GHz processor and there is a Bluetooth interface built-in (identifiable by the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar) means that this screenshot was taken on a MacBook.

This screenshot illustrates a discussion of the software it depicts.
Use of the screenshot is the only way to get an accurate impression of what the visual aspect of the software is.
As the software depicted is copyrighted, it is not possible to create a free replacement for it.
