Meri Kristiina Mäkelä (born 20 November 1992) is a Finnish athlete whose specialty is the triple jump. She competed at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing narrowly missing the final.

Her personal bests in the event are 14.24 m. outdoors (-0.2 m/s, 2016 Summer Olympics, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) and 14.20 m. indoors (Botnia Games 2015 & 2016, Mustasaari, Finland). The latter is the current national record.
