Aiko Asano (Asano Aiko, 浅野愛子, born March 2, 1970) is a Japanese actress and singer.
In 1987, she played a female lead in the Japanese movie Drifting Classroom, which was based on a popular horror manga series by Kazuo Umezu. Her music album Sliver Doll and her nude photo book The Younger Sister of Summer were released almost simultaneously with the release of Drifting Classroom. Those things led her to get so much fame in Japan in 1987.
