Orphaned image uploaded for article deleted 15 years ago (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/March Party). I would move it to Commons to augment Rounders if it were clear that the uploader was actually the copyright holder, but that is not clear and the uploader has not been around in years.

Note: Has been proposed for deletion twice (May of 2020 by User:Fastily and March of 2021 by myself). Last year it was deprodded by User:Spinningspark with a comment of "Decline. Files once used in articles should be kept to preserve integrity of article history," while my prod was declined because of the previous proposal. ★ Bigr Tex 02:26, 20 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"Skyscraper Magazine, photo for interview" but claims {{PD-self}}. Eric Paul isn't dead so no fair use. Only reason I didn't tag this for speedy deletion is that Ohmydog1979 uploaded this all the way back in 2007.
