According to Vitei founder Giles Goddard, in an [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zK66pX5Jw9o interview with MinnMax], the studio had a Switch version of ''Tank Troppers'' all ready but Nintendo ultimately passed on it. Goddard also mentioned that Vitei’s rendering engine is what would have made the Switch version possible. Since the technology was multiplatform, the game can be easily scaled. It allows the team to dial back the resolution when needed (which was done on 3DS) or bump it up to high-res (which could have been done on Switch).
In addition, for some unknown reason, Nintendo also removed a multiplayer mode from the 3DS game prior to release.--[[Special:Contributions/185.32.8.34|185.32.8.34]] ([[User talk:185.32.8.34|talk]]) 05:57, 31 May 2021 (UTC)

Switch version

According to Vitei founder Giles Goddard, in an interview with MinnMax, the studio had a Switch version of Tank Troppers all ready but Nintendo ultimately passed on it. In addition, for some unknown reason, Nintendo also removed a multiplayer mode from the 3DS game prior to release.--185.32.8.34 (talk) 05:57, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
