My name is Kurt Tarvis and I have been editing here and there for at least 15 years and on this account since 2007. My main interests involve geography, history, and architecture. Born and raised in Massachusetts, I have been lucky enough to live in eight different states as an adult and always love being around new geographical locations and immersing into local culture. Sylvestre was born to a [[Wyandot people|Wyandot (Huron)]] father and an [[Abenaki]] mother. After Sylvestre passed away early, Martin Prevost would then marry Marie d'Abancourt who, from a previous marriage, was mother of famed explorer [[Louis Jolliet]]. |
