Carit Falch (born 16 December 1976) is a Danish football manager. He currently works as the manager of Danish Superliga club Lyngby Boldklub.
Managerial career
He started managing youth players at Karlslunde IF, Greve Fodbold, Hvidovre IF, FC Nordsjælland, and HB Køge.[1]
In 2014 he got his first senior management job, when he replaced Bo Henriksen as manager of Brønshøj Boldklub in the Danish 1st Division.[2] With the club placed in last position in April 2015, he left by mutual consent.[3]
Falch then became director of the talent department of FC Helsingør in July 2015.[4] He held that position until February 2017, when he was announced as new manager of the Lithuania national under-21 football team.[5]
In November 2018 Falch moved to Cyprus to become new manager of Enosis Neon Paralimni FC in the Cypriot First Division.[6] He led the club to the semifinals of the 2018–19 Cypriot Cup.[7] Nevertheless, he resigned in April 2019 with threee round of the season to go.[8]
Falch then returned to the youth department of FC Nordsjælland.[9] In June 2020 he became new manager of the youth team of Lyngby Boldklub.[10] He was promoted to caretaker manager of Lyngby's Danish Superliga team in November 2020, when Christian Nielsen suffered from a concussion, and in December 2020 he was made permanent manager of Lyngby Boldklub.[11]
