FC Skuri, occasionally spelled as Squri, is a Georgian football club,[1] based in the town of Tsalenjikha, which competes in Liga 4, the fourth tier of Georgian league system.

History

During the late Soviet times Skuri was mainly a member of the first division of Georgian domestic league. After 1990s the team for years competed in Pirveli Liga, the second division of national championship, up until 2016 when they failed to beat Meshakhte Tkibuli in the play-off final and as result were relegated to the third league.[2]

A year later Skuri lost a relegation play-off to Aragvi Dusheti 1-2 and had to quit Liga 3 as well.

The club played next two seasons in Regionuli Liga and returned to the newly formed Liga 4 after the 2019 season, when they won the regional league.[3]
