Tyjani Beztati (born October 21, 1997) is a Moroccan-Dutch kickboxer. He is a two-time Glory Lightweight Championship challenger.

Kickboxing career

He challenged for the Glory Lightweight Championship for the first time during Glory 53, which was at the time held by Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong. Sitthichai won the fight by a unanimous decision.[4][5]

After his failed title bid, Beztati fought Christian Baya, who was likewise looking to bounce back from a loss.[6] Beztati won the fight by a split decision. He next fought Stoyan Koprivlenski, winning the fight by a unanimous decision.[7] Five months later, he fought Josh Jauncey during Glory 65. Beztati won the fight by a unanimous decision.[8]

Tyjani fought for Glory Lightweight Championship the held at the time by Marat Grigorian during Glory 69.[9] Marat won the fight by a unanimous decision.[10]

Beztati fought Michaël Palandre during Glory 75. He won the fight by a TKO in the second round, as Palandre suffered a broken arm.[11]

Beztati was scheduled to fight Elvis Gashi at Glory 78: Arnhem for the Glory Lightweight Championship.[12][13]
