Ángel David Revilla Lenoci[4] (born July 16, 1982),[5] better known as Dross Rotzank or simply Dross, is a Venezuelan YouTuber and writer who currently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.[6]
Early life
Ángel David Revilla was born on July 16, 1982 in Caracas, Venezuela, his father was an airplane pilot and his mother was a gastronomy-oriented businesswoman. David Revilla studied at Santa Maria University, where he graduated from Social Communication in 2007, he practiced his profession as a journalist for a medical magazine.[7]
Revilla started writing game reviews for websites like Meristation or GameFAQs, but quickly moved to creating blog content at El Diario de Dross (The Diary of Dross) created in 1998. Revilla make some posts on the Meristation and Vandal forums under the name "Dross", a username based on the then wrestler, Drozdov (whom Revilla mistakenly refers to as «Warren Droz»), but which was misspelled with two "s".[1]
I remembered a WWE wrestler (at that time the WWF) named Warren Droz and I was wrong and I put it with two "s" and the rest is history.

Career
As a YouTuber
David created his YouTube account in 2006, in 2007 he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where he currently resides.[1] in mid-2013 he turned to horror videos, according to Dross: "I wanted to change the paradigm, I wanted to change the image because I felt burned out, he also assures that if he returned to humor, he would dust off his old hat and glasses."[9] Which it's generated major global success for Revilla, and propelled the DrossRotzank channel, he became the most subscribed horror-genre creator on YouTube, as well as the first to reach over 13 million subscribers in any category of Sudamerican country, Argentina.[citation needed] In 2015 Dross participated in a project called "Dross Dark Tales of Terror", where he told contemporary horror stories,[1] that series had the collaboration of the network Mitú network, the series had 11 episodes and is currently inactive.[10]
Revilla currently runs two additional YouTube channels, Los Vlogs de Dross (Dross's Vlogs) and Mi Querido Mussolini (My Dear Mussolini), in which he uploads videos of his fish pet, Mussolini,[7] whose name comes from the Fascist Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. In March 2017, Dross was invited to the "La Mole Comic Con" event, which took place at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, dedicated to pop culture and Japanese. He participating in three "meet & greet" sessions, from March 17th, 18th and 19th.[11] In 2018, his work as a digital content creator and social media influencer was recognized with the prestigious Martin Fierro Award.[12]

Personal life
Dross initially described himself as an atheist, but later declared himself an agnostic atheist. He defines his accent as a mixture between Venezuelan and Rioplatense. Dross is of Italian and Spanish descent.[7]
