Plot
President Bartlet considers candidates for an open seat on the Supreme Court, and a publicity-seeking Congressman accuses the West Wing staff of drug use. The star candidate for the Bench is suddenly in question when an anonymous tip indicates that he may not believe in a Constitutional right to privacy, prompting a second look at the runner up candidate.
