In Cobb County, Georgia, TV23 is the government access channel on Comcast cable TV. It shows meetings of the county commission, school board, and zoning board during the day, and educational programming at night. A crawl across the bottom of the screen constantly displays information for county residents. During rush hours, it also shows shots of live traffic cameras around the county, though there are relatively few of these.
Cobb edTV is shown on channel 24.
