Mark Lipsky, President of Who’s On First? Entertainment, Inc., films have theatrically grossed in excess of $1 billion worldwide. Mr. Lipsky was the Executive Producer of such hits as The Nutty Professor (Jada Pinkett Smith), Metro, Beverly Hills Cop III, Boomerang (Halle Berry, Martin Lawrence), Another 48 HRS. (Nick Nolte) and Coming to America (James Earl Jones), all starring Eddie Murphy. He has also produced Vampire in Brooklyn (Angela Bassett) and Harlem Nights (Richard Pryor, Danny Aiello), both of which also starred Eddie Murphy. In addition, Mr. Lipsky has produced Goosed starring Jennifer Tilly, Joan Rivers and Robert Klein, and has recently completed Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding (a movie version of the longest-running comedy in Broadway and Off-Broadway history), which is tentatively scheduled for theatrical release Valentine’s Day, 2007. Recently Mr. Lipsky executive produced “Precinct Hollywood” for AMC – a highly praised TV documentary that premiered late last year.

Mr. Lipsky served as Eddie Murphy’s Personal Manager and Vice President of Eddie Murphy Productions for approximately ten years, and as such ran the day-to-day operations of Eddie Murphy Productions. Prior to that, he served as Mr. Murphy’s Business Manager for five years. Mr. Lipsky was also instrumental in establishing The Arsenio Hall Show for Arsenio Hall and served as its Executive Producer. This Arsenio Hall was extremely successful trailblazing television show ran for approximately five years. Mr. Lipsky was also Personal Manager for Arsenio Hall and Chris Rock.

Previously, Mr. Lipsky was President of a mid-sized CPA firm, Lipsky, Goodkin & Co., P.C., and personally represented many well-known actors, writers, producers and other talent, including John Belushi, Lorne Michaels, Dan Aykroyd, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Eddie Murphy, Jean Doumanian and Annie Leibovitz. A native New Yorker, Mr. Lipsky graduated from Pace University and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Lipsky has strong relationships with the top agents, managers, talent, casting agents, producers and major studio executives in Hollywood. He has worked with some of the top directors in the business. He is independently financing his projects so that he can maintain both creative and financial control over them.
