The article states that GoI has denied usage of pegasus, however I was not able to find any sources that a representative of the GoI making such claims. The citation added supported no such claim and I have removed it. I have added a citation needed reference, but I would like to remove the statement all together. May I go ahead with this change? Does anyone have any other sources to corroborate the statement or anything else to say in this matter? --[[User:ShellPandey|ShellPandey]] ([[User talk:ShellPandey|talk]]) 10:09, 21 July 2021 (UTC) |

List of targets
Hi there, I integrated half of the target from this Guardian review into the article. Can someone push further to expand that list ? Yug (talk) 13:29, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- I think the "list" should be classified into countries. Technically, they were not targeted by Pegasus, but by their own governments that had licensed the Pegasus spyware. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 14:54, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- @Kautilya3: I plan to make it a table "soon", when it reach some correct size (current x 1.5). Yug (talk) 15:16, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- Tables can never be a substitute for prose text. They can be used in addition. But in the days to come, we are going to get a lot more detail about why the individuals were targeted and what the fallout has been. None of that will fit into a table. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 15:19, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- Table with :
Country, Name, Profession, Comment
will do. Yug (talk) 07:29, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

Move to The Pegasus Project
The name of the investigation is "The Pegasus Project", so the article should be moved to that title. --93.44.108.28 (talk) 14:33, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- I agree. It should be Pegasus Project, because we omit the definite article as per WP:DEFINITE. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 14:55, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- Pegasus Project already exists. Maybe Pegasus Project (journalism) or Pegasus Project (surveillance). I think the former is better (journalism). Yug (talk) 15:18, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- Ok, let us stick to the current title then. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 15:20, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
- I support Pegasus Project (journalism). --93.44.108.28 (talk) 15:24, 19 July 2021 (UTC)

Article expansion : coordination
Ok, we spent the past 36h creating a core, this article now has relevant sections which can be easy to expand using emerging news coverage. All areas need to be improve, as usual. Yet the following are more significant that others :
- Analysis and reactions : There is still too few content on the analysis, what is the analysis, impact and what experts and journalist says over this surveillance tool and abuse.
- List of targets : the list can still be expanded. Names will emerge in coming days, context can be added to each case. It's easy to contribute to, and by expanding it we will see emerge meaningful patterns.
- Clients countries : there are about 10 governments, mainly illiberal democracies, which are confirmed as clients and using Pegasus for repressive use. Can we have a short contextualization for each, sourced from the press ? If this is done per country, then it could go in the current "Targets" section, which will have to be renamed.
Help welcome. Yug (talk) 18:22, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
