It is clear that this user is the same old master sock. The rebtman user has been blocked in the past but will definitely be back in the new account years later. He was stopped after being promoted by Nair in the past. It is also clear that he is the one who used many sock accounts. Outlander is a Nair caste promotion conducted by wikipedia. In the past, rebtman user Nair pages have been extensively edited and other caste pages such as sanit thomas christian, nadar and thiyya pages have been vandalized. But now the outlander user sees the same method and has destroyed the same pages. He has now become 3000 edit. When he started his wikipedia account, Nair was arguing about the first edit as a person[1]. rebt man user Nair has previously tried to argue and claim that he is a Kshatriya. But the outlander similarly argued Nair as Kshatriya and can be seen here[2][3][4] and rebtman did the same here [5][6]. A good wikipedia editor will never submit to any category. However, he did extensive editing and acquired the rights to wikipedia and used it illegally for wikipedia. He is now editing more and trying to buy more wikipedia privileges. It is clear that he is the watchman of Nair pages like thirumulpad, panicker, kiriyathil nair, zamorin, etc. He is now the custodian of Nair related pages and is currently editing. Destroying other pages and advocating for the Nair caste is his regular occupation.

All of the above evidence points to the fact that he's editing or revert reviewing Nair pages, and he's mainly focused on Nair related, and it's interesting that he uses wikipedia power to do this. Below is an underline that the rebtman user did the same edit. He needs to be stopped as soon as possible 10 edit After editing other pages, a Nair edits a related page so that you can wear the face of decency and not feel suspicious .....

This may be the same person who gave the block in the past. He has a better chance of coming to the new account. This is because all the pages that have been edited by the old user have been edited by the outlander user, and not only the same edit method, but the old ip may not be the current ip account. The destruction of both is the same..so both are the same person

• The IPV6 has no enwiki contributions, and only 4 edits to commons attempting to have a number of files deleted for copyvio. There is no crossover on any pages with the other users (I do note a comment by another IPV6 from the same /36 at this discussion, however /36 is still a big range, and the comments appear different). Therefore, I think they can be safely disregarded.
• 137.xx has a single commons contribution, also advocating for the deletion of a file for copyvio. This file does not crossover with any of the other editors, and the deletion rationale differs from the other editors. Therefore, I cannot draw a link and I think they can be safely disregarded.
• 157.xx has a single enwiki contribution to Talk:Kalaripayattu, where they identify another IP as a sock and comment on sources [27]. Notably, Outlander had also commented in this section, however discussed different sources to 157.xx, and their method of citation and comment seemed to differ. Therefore, I cannot draw a link between 157.xx and I think they can also be disregarded.
• The question, therefore, is whether Outlander and Rabt are linked, and this will need to rely on behaviour given Rabt is stale. Acknowledging that there is a fair bit of crossover in pages edited, separated by time (Rabt last edited in 2016 and Outlander was created in 2020), their edit summaries seem to differ quite a bit (e.g. [28]) as do their edits themselves (e.g. [29], [30], [31] and [32] provide the best examples). In summary, I'm not seeing enough to link any of these accounts to any of the others, aside from editing in a similar (and highly contentious) area, and therefore unless the reporting user can provide more proof than I've been able to locate, I think this can be closed without action. --Jack Frost (talk) 08:56, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
