La bellissima estate (also known as Summer to Remember), and later released in Japan as Smile of Love (愛のほほえみ; Ai no hohoemi) is a 1974 Italian melodrama film directed by Sergio Martino.[1][2]

It is best remembered for the soundtrack piece "Il barone rosso" by Luciano Michelini, which would eventually become the theme song of the comedy show, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
