The school is autonomus and is governed by a Board, offers a full-time MBA (PGDBM) program (2 years) and executive MBA (3 years) and also is a resource center for PhD program in Management for Goa Universtity. Current MBA classes have a size of approximately 120 students, divided into two sections (A & B). Each section takes classes together the first year, with the intention of forming deep social bonds. Graduation rates are very high. Teaching is almost exclusively done through case teaching (also referred to as the Socratic method), where the students prepare teaching cases and discuss them in class.

Hisotry

Located on the banks of scenic Mandovi river in Goa, the school started in 1993 when R. D'Souza S.J. (ex Director - XLRI, Jamshedpur and XIM, Bhuvaneshwar) moved from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhuvaneshwar to create a center of learning and excellence in Goa.
