11th Ward, Chicago

(edit conflict)Weak keep unless there's some other guideline or consensus about wards I think they do fall under legally recognized places, see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Politics of the United Kingdom/Archive 10#Proposed deletion of all articles on local government subdivisions wards, divisions etc..
