Proposal to change article name
I think it would make more sense to name this article, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia' or FR Yugoslavia, instead of Serbia and Montenegro. The name Serbia and Montenegro was only used for the last three years of the country's existence, and indeed the Serbian Wikipedia version of this article uses Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as its name, and has a separate article for the brief existence of Serbia and Montenegro.
