Penguins?

Hi, at the beginning of the article we read: "However, given the large penguin population, crime is mostly in areas where they congregate the most.[2]". I've read the cited source and I can't seem to find that claim. If it's vandalism it's the best vandalism ever so I'm not changing it. 31.221.106.218 (talk) 15:25, 21 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
