Copyright violation

As stated at de:Diskussion:Der heimliche Aufmarsch, the text of the poem is not in the public domain, because the author was dead in 1953. --Trek00 (talk) 23:42, 17 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I can find evidence of a recorded version of the song existing in 1927
