It is on the Thames River, so eater can enjoy a nice meal as the sunset sinks onto Lake St. Clair, which is an outlet of the Thames. The Lighthouse is famous for their seafood, the perch and battered shrimp, to be exact. Americans who dine at the restaurant will be surprised to see that there is vinegar for diners to dip there french fries in.
A driving range is extremely popular during the summer months, and Stoney Pointe has many elite golfer in its midsts. The town is surrounded by many beautiful golf courses.

Stoney Point (French: Pointe-aux-Roches) is a Hamlet with a population of about 600 located in Town of Lakeshore in Essex County, Ontario, Canada.
