    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    It seems pretty clear looking at Fracone's history they are Dinehart. They particularly appeared after he posted on Twitter about being "erased" so that, to my mind, further substantiates the conflict of interest issues in the article. Wincenworks (talk) 03:43, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

    I had tagged this file with {{Local file}} which specifically says the file does not meet the criteria for CSD F8. I want to retain a local copy as I may revisit Fred's sneeze in the future. There is possible potential for a cleaner extraction, but it's quite time consuming so no ETA for that.     Madhyanagar Upazila

    It is a second-level administrative subdivision of Bangladesh. See Upazilas of Bangladesh for more info. It was only announced a couple of months ago.     1. A lot of work to provide references to the hundreds of nicknames and royals, nobles and others in this massive list.

    2. Constant updating by adding new/additional nicknames and persons based on Internet research.

    3. Adding new features like: "List of group nicknames", "List of the same/similar nicknames", "List of persons with no Wikipedia profiles" (as a parking lot, until a Wikipedia entry is discovered). Innovation is an exciting opportunity for a special area of history such as my work.

    4. Regularly updating links (dead links, incorrect citations, etc.) because the going to the cited references is fun for me to dig deeper into a person's nickname in this list.

    5. This "List of nicknames . . ." will keep expanding, improving, innovating, revising and changing because there's so much material on the Internet.

    6. While we have rules, we are different people who look at things in different ways. I find the reasons for deleting the "M" section such that any part of my work can be summarily deleted because an editor sees things different from how I see things as the author.

    • I did not realize I did that. At my age, the written words do not appear as clearly as they used to . And I have an old laptop (and slow, too, like my brain, sometimes). I know I have pressed a link unintentionally before. But I was unaware of it, until someone else calls my attention. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate you.

    Nasibi

    As of now requesting draftification. I had not seen deleted article Nasibi but from deletion discussion what it seems, couple of deletion endorsing users thought of it as just dictionary case.

    Where as I came across a scholarly book Opposing the Imam: The Legacy of the Nawasib in Islamic Literature , Nebil Husayn , Cambridge Studies in Islamic Civilization, Cambridge University Press ISBN ebook ebook: 9781108966061 claiming 'nasibi (singular)/nawasib (plural)' were not just terms but a whole literary genre existed in medical Islamic times. At google scholar I see at least couple of other refs with reasonable number of citations.

    Besides one other user indicated that Arabic and Persian Wikipedia do have articles نواصب and ناصبی with refs. So taking translation help too would be possible.

    If not independent article it will end up in updating some Sunni Shia relationship and Islamic literature article by merging from draft at a latter stage, if community would not approve the proposed updates in the draft.
