Grand Cordon of the Order of the Golden Ruler is the highest Order of chivalry in Korean Empire. It was established in April 17, 1900 by Gojong of Korea, 4 years after he established Korean Empire. However as Korean Empire declined, this order was given to a lot of people who visited Korean Empire.[1]
