The Delhi Cloth Mills (D.C.M.) Trophy was one of the most prestigious invitational football tournaments in India. It was played annually in New Delhi. Local teams won the first two editions; since then, Calcutta clubs dominated in the 1950s and early 1960s, while foreign teams dominated the winners list from the late 1960s onwards. The tournament has not been held since 1997 due to fixture congestion and various restructuring policies in Indian club football.[1][2]
