James Bostic was an American Football running back. He was born 3/13/1972. He was 5' 11" tall and weighed 230 pounds. He attended college at Auburn.

After graduating he was drafted in the third round of the 1994 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams. His career stumbled and he never saw and he never saw any playing time with the Rams.

He ended up with the Philadelphia eagles for the 1998-1999 seasons. He appearred in 11 total games over the two seasons in Philly racking up 5 rushing attempts for 19 yards and 5 receptions for 8 yards all of which came in the 1999 season. (www.football-reference.com)

In 2001, he starred on teh Birmingham Thunderbolts of the short lived XFL. He is the XFL career leader in rushing attempts with 153. No one will ever break his record. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XFL)

Many Consider James Bostic to be the greatest XFL player of all time.
