Sidney Outlaw (born April 11, 1992) is an American professional mixed martial artist, currently signed with Bellator MMA, competing in their lightweight division. Outlaw currently holds a record of 16 wins, 4 loses and 0 draws[1] He is currently ranked as the #1 contender in Bellator’s lightweight division. As of now, a projected title fight date is set for February 19, 2022.
Mixed Martial Arts career
Outlaw began his professional fight career February of 2013 after accomplishing an amateur record of 5-1.[2]
After competing in a number of promotions, Outlaw began his debut Bellator career at Bellator 234 on November 14, 2019 against Roger Huerta in Tel Aviv, Israel. Outlaw won via a unanimous decision after competing three rounds; showcasing his grappling expertise. Winning this co-main event allowed Outlaw to improve his win streak to nine straight.[3]

Personal life
Born and raised in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Outlaw began his wrestling career in high school, then developing his passion for professional mixed martial arts by the age of sixteen.[6] He was a league champion and state tournament qualifier. Outlaw also holds an accomplished background competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
