New templates

I created progress table templates to try to streamline the process of updating them. You can see an example at User:Nihlus Kryik/sandbox. Here is what the code looks like:

The colors and formatting are pulled from the template. This way, it will prevent users from changing the format unilaterally. It will also be easier to update each instance through one single edit rather than through multiple. There are some issues that need ironing out, but I wanted to hold off on that until after I get the community's thoughts. nihlus kryik (talk) 23:25, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Contestant progress table vanished
