There is not much that has been added or revised. If you compare sleep apnea with insomnia stating they are similar, you should probably add what makes them different. This can cause confusion as to the differences in the two if you only state they are similar. I am also unsure of your revision/addition to the chronic-sleep restricted... paragraph. I would keep working on making additions and adding resources. The management section looks like a good place you could potentially make some additions.

I would also recommend looking into some studies about sleep deprivation decreasing someone's lives span. This looks like a difficult article to add anything new. There is already so many things written about it, but looking at new studies being done could give you some good ideas. -Good luck
