'''Bench Press'''
The bench press is an exercise that, under normal circumstances, is done with free weights. It is done by, first, lying flat on your back and pressing your shoulder blades down on the bench. Keep your feet flat on the floor at all times. Place your hands a little more than shoulder width apart on the bar. Be sure to place your hands at the same place on both sides of the bar to distribute the weight evenly. Lift and slowly bring the bar down to your chest and then quickly push it back up. This exercise is very popular and works your pectoral and tricep muscles.
