Tin Heng Estate (Chinese: 天恒邨) is a public housing estate in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Grandeur Terrace, Tin Chak Estate, Tin Yat Estate, Light Rail Tin Heng stop and Hong Kong Wetland Park.[3][4] It consists of 14 residential buildings completed in 2001.[5][6]

Heng Lok House in Tin Heng Estate was placed under lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic between 2 and 3 February 2021.[7]

According to the 2016 by-census, Tin Heng Estate had a population of 20,455. The median age was 33.7 and the majority of residents (97.3 per cent) were of Chinese ethnicity. The average household size was 3.6 people. The median monthly household income of all households (i.e. including both economically active and inactive households) was HK$22,990.[1]
Politics
Tin Heng Estate is located in Tin Heng constituency of the Yuen Long District Council.[8] It was formerly represented by Henry Wong Pak-yu, who was elected in the 2019 elections until May 2021.[9]
