Help is needed in algeria kada hazadgi got both legs cut off on video he dont no how to read yet they are now preparing to take his kidneys director said he take his heart yet he has not done nothing please help him over no parents yet he worked hard and fel down stairs to cause heart surgery yet they beat and cut his legs off in orphange more have been killed in days .
