Milestones
- Jimmie Allen becomes the third black male to be nominated in the Male Artist of the Year (two others include Charley Pride and Darius Rucker); Conversely if Allen were to win the award it would mark the first time a black man had won the award in ACM history.
- A win as Entertainer of the Year for either Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert or Chris Stapleton will clinch them the coveted Triple Crown Award.
- Ryan Hurd and Maren Morris are the first married couple to be nominated in the same year since Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in 2017.
