@Fastily: I know I was blocked just Okloveokok is wasn’t me, there is person created his account on his computer. He sees me activities on my edits history and try stop him and I telling he will put retired and stop. Looks like he tracked me and he deleted WP:Rollback section User:Usernogood what he was done. I hate administrators who blocked me from editing and denied my failed request at rollback permissions.
