Josimar, real name Josimar Higino Pereira, (born september 19, 1961 in Rio de Janeiro) was a football (soccer) player from Brazil. He played right-back mainly with Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas and the Brazilian national team.
His son, Josimar Jr., played for Botafogo youth teams. In the end of 2006, the boy moved to Cruzeiro.
