This image, Stoskus-sf.jpg, is being linked from Kęstutis Stoškus; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Hoary) think it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
2. it does not in any way limit the rights or impede the efforts of the copyright owners to claim ownership of or derive income from the book or incorporated photograph;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork in any saleable form.

The image is significant in the article because it shows the cover of the only collection (or at least the only one I know of) of the works of Stoškus that has English text. -- Hoary 08:36, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
