Martial-Guillaume-Marie Testard du Cosquer (September 22, 1820 – July 27, 1869) was a French prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the first Archbishop of Port-au-Prince (1863-1869).

Born in Lesneven, Brittany, he was the son of Benjamin Martial Testard du Cosquer and Marie Désirée Goury.[1] After graduating from the royal college of Pontivy in 1838, he studied at the Faculty of Law of Paris and earned a doctorate in 1841.[2]

He was ordained to the priesthood on April 22, 1848.[3] During his time as a priest, he served as pastor of Saint-Louis Church in Brest and vicar general of the Diocese of Basse-Terre. In 1849 he ministered to the French troops under General Charles Oudinot during the siege of Rome and was subsequently awarded the Legion of Honour.

Following the concordat between the Vatican and Haiti in 1860, he was appointed the first Archbishop of Port-au-Prince.[3]

He died in Rome in 1869.
