Basketball 'measurement'.

That is, means of evaluating the play of basketball teams. I'm interested in writing an article on the origins of the 'Offense Efficiency Rating' (OER) system. I have all the original papers from 1961. A veteran American coach, Ron Ekker, contacted me a couple of years go looking for information on the OER as he was writing a coaching book (now published, 2020 - The Intelligent Coach) and wanted to describe the importance of measurement and in particular the influence of the 1961 creation of the OER.
