How to fight the spams, just a small trick:
Go to the external link section of a page and move the mouse above each link. You will be surprised sometime that all these differents links are just one unique website with a link to each of its pages!
In this case, prepare a summary of all the links, remove all the links but one, and put the text in front of the remaining URL...
