Interstate 480 is the designation for two tertiary interstate routes in the United States associated with Interstate 80.

Interstate 480 was also the designation for a planned route in San Francisco, also known as the Embarcadero Freeway. It eventually lost the Interstate designation and became California State Highway 480. The small section that was completed was torn down as an 'eyesore' after being damaged in the Loma Prieta earthquake.
