This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Only one source could possibly pass WP:GNG as an independent, secondary source that has significant coverage. More sources are needed to show that this person is notable enough to have an article on Wikipedia. There's also concerns that the article is written in a promotional, positive way about this person. I suggest reading WP:WIKIVOICE to make the article's prose more neutral.
