Business Model
Each Bi-Rite store is wholly independent. Store owners often live in the towns where the store is located, where they employ local staff, delivery contractors and installers. Each store is encouraged to stock a core range of products commonly found in all stores. Bi-Rite runs a central account system allowing it to access a buying group to bulk purchase and be competitive on price.
