Raju and Jk's daughter Mini fall in love, while Suraj and Chandar are driven to corruption under Jk; a self styled big thug. Suraj as J.K.'s son Rakesh's friend wishes to anyhow marry Mini. Meanwhile when Laxmi discovers Raju's short cut ways she abandons him though Raju's begging brings his mother and sister back though later his sister gets victimised. How Raju, JK & Anand come dramatically to their destinies mysteriously forms the climax of the film.

Mini discovers that JK is not her real father, rather he has been faking to usurp her property and wealth. She is confined to her home thereafter.

Laxmi finally figures out that both her (real) sons are corrupt and conspired along with JK to free up Rakesh from the murder trial of a CID officer by illegally intimidating the eyewitness.
Laxmi and her daughter Asha leave the house and are reunited with Raju.

Asha gets married to Inspector Ravi. On the night of the wedding, JK’s som Rakesh kills Ravi and rapes Asha. Chander yet again defends Rakesh in the the rape and murder trial, against his own sister and succeeds in getting him acquitted. Asha takes her own life upon losing the trial.

JK kidnaps Laxmi and Raju, and imprisons them with Laxmi’s husband Anand. Knowing that Laxmi is the long lost wife of Anand, JK leverages her and also tortures their two sons to force Anand into disclosing the location of the hidden gold, but Anand doesn’t budge. Later though, he ends up revealing the location of gold which is then dug out by JK.
In the climax fight sequence, JK and Rakesh are killed and good finally prevails over evil.

Beta Ho To Aisa is a 1994 hindi film directed by Late Sir C.P. Dixit, presented by Babubhai latiwala of Bombino video & produced by Late Praveen Khanna; (Govinda ji’s brother in law). Starring Govinda, Varsha Usgaonkar, Gulshan Grover and Raza Murad in pivotal roles its fully shot in Mumbai and Kerala.[1]

Production

Sir Babubhai latiwala partnered with late Praveen khanna after a Sir Govinda event held at Shanmukhananda hall. The film also basically took shape because of a song that late Ravindra Jain had composed on the greatness of mothers. Film songs were choreographed by Master Kamal and Master Vijay Oscar; while action was by Master Rashid khan.
