Hi! I fixed the problem you were having at [[Mel Brooks]] -- there was something commented out and you accidentally deleted the end of comment, so the whole end of the article vanished. Welcome!

I am a music historian, serving as curatorial assistant of performing arts at the Harry Ransom Center and as a student faculty lecturer in the Butler School of Music at The University of Texas at Austin. I hold a MA in Music History from California State University Long Beach. I serve on the boards for the American Musicological Society Southwest Chapter, and am a member of the Society for American Music. My main focus on Wikipedia is expanding/correcting theatre history-related content and providing primary source material.

Harry Ransom Center

I notice that you have added external links to the Harry Ransom Center to dozens of articles. Please read Wikipedia:External_links#Advertising_and_conflicts_of_interest, and consider removing those links. These are not "minor" edits, and it is arguably spamming. Managing a conflict of interest

Information icon Hello, Hneuhauser. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Harry Ransom Center, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Edwardx (talk) 22:40, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Harry Ransom Center spam

Please stop adding links until after a discussion concludes that those links are desirable. Users who focus on one activity (single purpose accounts) are generally a problem at Wikipedia. Activity that promotes an organization is indistinguishable from spam and is not permitted. You may be blocked if you continue adding such links before agreement is reached. You are welcome to join the discussion at the external links noticeboard. Johnuniq (talk) 03:43, 30 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
